Sinapic Acid Release at the Cell Level by Incorporation into Nanoparticles: Experimental Evidence Using Biomembrane Models
نویسندگان
چکیده
Sinapic acid (SA), belonging to the phenylpropanoid family, and its derivatives are secondary metabolites found in plant kingdom. In recent years, they have drawn attention because of their various biological activities, including neuroprotective effects. this study, SA was incorporated into two different nanoparticle systems, solid lipid nanoparticles (SLN) nanostructured carriers (NLC). The influence concentrations on systems evaluated. It studied efficacy release active ingredient at cell level through use models membranes represented by multilamellar vesicles (MLV) dimyristoylphosphatidylcholine (DMPC) conducting kinetic studies placing contact SLN NLC, both unloaded loaded with amounts SA, same membrane model. Differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) used for these studies. results indicated a distribution within that NLC able incorporate inside structure

15 صفحه اولan investigation into translation of cultural concepts by beginner and advance student using think – aloud protocols
this research aims at answering the questions about translation problems and strategies applied by translators when translating cultural concepts. in order to address this issue, qualitative and quantitative study were conducted on two groups of subjects at imam reza international university of mashhad. these two groups were assigned as beginner and advanced translation students (10 students). ...
Amino Acid Incorporation into Proteins by Escherichia Coli Ribosomes.
Evidence that ribosomes are an important site of protein synthesis has come mainly from experiments with animal cells. It has been shown in vivo that C14 amino acids are incorporated into peptide linkage first in ribosomes, and by addition of cold amino acids, they can be chased to the bulk of the proteins of the cell.1-3 In vitro, they become bound in ribosomal proteins2 or, after their passag...
متن کاملEnhanced D-amino acid incorporation into protein by modified ribosomes.
By overexpression of modified Escherichia coli 23S rRNAs from multicopy plasmids, ribosomes were prepared that contained mutations in two regions (2447-2450 and 2457-2462) of 23S rRNA. Following mutagenesis and selection, two clones with mutations in the 2447-2450 region (peptidyltransferase center) and six with mutations in the 2457-2462 region (helix 89) were characterized. The mutations were...
